Legalább 30 ezer forintot, de akár ennek a tízszeresét is kiszabhatják a rend orei gyorshajtásért, de csak májustól. A közlekedési törvény módosítása és a tarifákat részletezo kormányrendelet már megjelent, de tavasz végéig türelmi ido van érvényben.

Szabálytalan elozésért 150 ezer, aki áthajt a piroson 100 ezer, vasúti átjáróban elkövetett szabálytalanságért pedig akár 300 ezer forint is lehet a büntetés. Csak néhány az új bírságösszegek közül.

De ami a lényeg, kisebb sebességtúllépésért is akár 30 ezer forintot kell büntetésként fizetni. De ha a megengedettnél kétszer vagy két és félszer gyorsabban motorozol, azt 300 ezerrel is díjjazhatják. Mindezeket egy kormányrendelet szabályozza, kategóriánként.

„Én úgy gondolom, hogy mindenki azzal egyetért, hogyha valaki lakott területen belül 50 helyett 120-szal megy, akkor már megérdemli, hogy ezt a büntetést kapja. Az autópályán pedig, akinek van olyan autója, amely 260-nal tud menni, gondolom, annak majd nem jelent nehézséget a jelentos mértéku bírság megfizetése” – mondta Komáromi Endre, az Országos Rendor-fokapitányság foosztályvezetoje.

Véleményem szerint is lakott területen belül akár veszélyes is lehet a száguldás. De mégis felháborító, hogy a foosztályvezeto úr szerint a büntetés mértékét olyen elvek szerint lehet meghatározni meg hogy ki mennyit tud kifizetni...!!! Akkor hogy is van ez? A biztonságos közlekedés vagy a bevételek növelése-e a cél??? No comment...
