A Bridgestone legújabb generációs MX sorozata az X10-es piacra dobásával lett teljes. Az új abroncsot kifejezetten homokos talajra fejlesztették. Az új gumit az MX versenyek top résztvevői tesztelték és fejlesztették ki. Azzal, hogy a Bridgestone az X10-est a mainstream Battlecross gumik közé helyezte, elérhetőbbé tette a puha felületű, homokos pályák használatát minden motorosnak a kezdőktől a haladókon át egészen a bajnokokig.

Az X10-es tapadásának kulcsa a már említett blokk deformáció. Az új mintázat az áthelyezett alacsony profilú blokkjaival, kisebb hosszanti irányú merevséget produkál. Ez a kisebb merevség lehetővé teszi a magasabb blokk deformációt forgás közben, ami a homokban nagyobb élhatást eredményez. Emellett persze javítja az öntisztító képességét is – ami ismételten nagyobb tapadást eredményez – mivel az abroncs hajlása közben eltávolítja a homokot a minta üres részeiből.

Elődeihez, az M101/M102-höz képest is lényegesen nagyobb tapadással bír homokon. Ezzel az X10 csatlakozott a Battlecross sorozathoz: az X20 lágy felületen, az X30 közepesen kemény talajon, az X40-es pedig kemény terepen a legjobb. Ezzel az MX szerelmesei minden szinten egy kiválóan teljesítő gumi-sorozatot kaptak. Az X100-es homokra európában 2017 áprilisától lesz elérhető elsőként 80/100-21-es méretben az elsőn, míg 100/90-19 és 110/90-19-es méretben hátsó keréken.
